SCOPE OF THE ASSIGNMENT ON THE PROJECT:

 

  • Defining Business Requirements, Compiling Data Dictionaries and Taxonomies, managing user group access
  • SAP and Documentum Integration, Business Requirements, detailed attribute mapping
  • Responsible for translating the Technical Configurations to Data Design Specification used by the external vendor to ensure real-time data analysis during conversion of paper to electronic (as a single source of data from the new Documentum User Interface (D2) system using .xml file)
  • Performed Data Analysis and Mapping activities to prepare unstructured data for migration
  • Developed the Data Migration Plan (DMP) reviewed and approved by Business and IT Teams
  • Translated and Communicated the Data migration requirements between the PG&E ECM Team (and Scanning Vendor and Business)
  • Responsible for setting-up the FTP site for Data and Content file transfer between the External Vendor and PG&E
  • Responsible for the end-to-end Transmittal process – receipt of files and processing
  • Responsible for the Pre-Migration Data Validation process (reviewing data error message logs, performing data analysis using query tools, identifying root cause and solution to correct data errors, communicating observations to the scanning vendor, etc.)
  • Performed Data Analysis and transformation processes using Toad
  • Performed Data refresh activities (import/export/modification of the Data Dictionaries, Taxonomies and Registered Tables)
  • Assisted with cross-system data mapping exercises for integrating SAP–to–Documentum
  • Assisted with Quality Center cases execution/reporting/assigning/closing
